I’d like to see this redirect re-targeted to Rare (company). The redirect has already been re-targeted there by multiple users, and I agree because Rare was known as and spelled their name out as RARE and it seems a lot more likely that anybody would be looking for the gaming company than anything else when typing in RARE. --37KZ (talk) 22:16, 19 December 2019 (UTC)[reply]

Not mentioned at the target list, I would suggest deletion, as the list is only for Wikipedia-notable women writers. If sources are available such that Venkatraghavan meets notability guidelines, then we can write an article about her and add her to the list. signed, Rosguill talk 18:48, 19 December 2019 (UTC)[reply]

Rubbish

The result of the discussion was move Rubbish (disambiguation) to Rubbish. signed, Rosguill talk 08:36, 27 December 2019 (UTC)[reply]

Should this point to Waste or Garbage? Garbage specifically mentions rubbish in the lead, although the redirect currently points to Waste. Home Lander (talk) 19:52, 7 December 2019 (UTC)[reply]

  • Move Rubbish (disambiguation) to primary as those two targets are equally plausible. Nonsense should be linked from the dab page, as should "cheap, low-quality, low-value objects" if we have an article (I'd be surprised if we don't, but it's not listed at the Rubbish dab page, the tat dab page only links to Wiktionary, the junk dab page has nothing relevant and dross is only about a specialised meaning. Thryduulf (talk) 00:59, 8 December 2019 (UTC)[reply]
Relisted to generate a more thorough discussion and clearer consensus.
Please add new comments below this notice. Thanks, BDD (talk) 15:34, 19 December 2019 (UTC)[reply]
  • Move dab to primary per Thryduulf – looks sensible to me, especially since the dab page defines rubbish as (equally?) referring to waste and garbage and there is no clear reason to favor one over the other in a redirect. ComplexRational (talk) 23:07, 19 December 2019 (UTC)[reply]

Probably supposed to be one of those "status unclear" species targeting Bucculatricidae (I retargeted the rest of them to the relevant section & rcat-templated them), but it's not mentioned in said article. It also probably doesn't exist at all, considering the sole result between google, google books and google scholar is a single hit to a Scribd document that's labelled "mapping of wikipedia index". No pageviews worth speaking of: 24 since mid-2015.

(Used to be a single-edit-created unreferenced stub with the wrong image & mis-pointed EL back in 2014 for about half a day before being redirected. I don't think that's history worth keeping, but figured I'd note it all the same) AddWittyNameHere 13:08, 19 December 2019 (UTC)[reply]

Not mentioned in the target, does not appear to be an alternative name for it. Searching online, I found this, which would suggest that Pikavee is from a fan-made non-canon Pokemon game. signed, Rosguill talk 02:51, 19 December 2019 (UTC)[reply]

Delete; I myself have never seen anyone refer to these games by this name, nor could I find any website that refers to them by that name. Stefvanschie (talk) 09:05, 19 December 2019 (UTC)[reply]

The result of the discussion was speedy keep. This nomination was an error, the names actually are mentioned on the jaWiki articles. (non-admin closure) signed, Rosguill talk 02:15, 19 December 2019 (UTC)[reply]

I'm not seeing any evidence that these are alternate names for the subjects in the targets, its noWiki and jaWiki links, or in their sources. signed, Rosguill talk 02:09, 19 December 2019 (UTC)[reply]
